Clavicle Procedure

By Gisela Hoffman

To set the clavicle bones:

Sit up straight in a chair.

Start by interlacing your fingers, bringing the arms out to shoulder height and pressing your thumbs into your body just below the clavicle bones.  The elbows must be held out straight and firm.

Working on the side of the body where one clavicle bone appears lower than the other, you then swing (twist) yourself backwards 3 times firmly, just past the point of resistance and then repeat on the other side and then, again, back to the side you started with.
