Whiplash Procedure

 (Breathe and Shrug)

By Gisela Kroeger Hoffman

To release a whiplash do the following three times:

1.  Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Take a deep breath in.

3.  Push the breath out as far as you can, while pushing the shoulders down.

4. After you have pushed out all the air in your lungs, shrug your shoulders as high as you can. You may or may not hear the click of your vertebrae as they adjust.

5. Breathe normally three times before repeating.
