Kale Salad

2 large bunches kale, chopped and steamed

1/4 C olive oil

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch fresh ginger root, minced

2 t  freshly grated lemon zest

sea salt to taste

 

Steam kale and allow to cool.  Heat a large skillet on low and add olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lemon zest.  Continue to heat on low for a few minutes until aromatic. Toss with remaining ingredients.  Serve cold or warm.
