Millet Loaf

This is a nice casserole that can be made with a variety of grains, such as brown rice and quinoa.

 

1 large onion, chopped

1/2 C raw tahini

1 T olive oil

1/4 t celery seed

1/2 t rosemary

1 t thyme

1 T onion powder

1 tsp .sea salt

1 T tamari

4 C cooked millet

 

Saute onion.  Mix all ingredients well together.  Place into an oiled glass pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.  Serve with Country-Style Gravy.
