Saute’ of Greens

(Use chard, kale, watercress, turnip tops, daikon or beet tops, comfrey, spinach, etc.)

Sauté lightly:

3 onions, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

Blanch greens in water for 1-3 minutes. Drain and chop greens.

Add to garlic & onion mix. Season with Braggs Aminos & cayenne pepper. Warm in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
