Cole Slaw with Black Sesame Seeds

6 C shredded cabbage

1/4 C apple cider vinegar

1/4 C sliced almonds

1/4 C  green onions, chopped

4 T black sesame seeds

1/4 – 1/2 C olive oil

sea salt to taste

1 T honey

 

Mix all ingredients.  Adjust dressing ingredients to taste.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.  Serves: 10

 

ALTERNATIVE: add sliced and halved red bell peppers for color
